Welcome to life at Ledian Gardens

Jaw-dropping, that’s just one adjective used to describe this part of the world… we’re sure you’ll be inspired to come up with many more of your own. An oasis nestled to the east of Maidstone, Leeds first appeared in the Domesday Book of 1086 and derived its name from Ledian, who built the first wooden fortress here in 978.

As the warm hues of autumn begin to paint our surroundings, we are thrilled to share the highlights of the past month and give you a sneak peek into the exciting developments that lie ahead. In the spirit of togetherness, we had the pleasure of hosting a delightful event in collaboration with the Inspired Friendships Group. Laughter echoed through our community as attendees savoured a sumptuous lunch and embarked on a journey to discover the remaining apartments available in Phase 1. The event resonated with the essence of Ledian Gardens – where hearts meet, and homes embrace.

As spring unfolds and our village has come alive with blossoming flowers, we’re excited to share some updates with you. Our Head Chef, Colin, is crafting a tantalising menu for Bridges Restaurant, featuring delightful Sunday roasts for all to enjoy. To book a table, simply reach out to us at 01622 427 233.

In other news, our recent Inspired Friendships event hosted Jamie Baird from Medical Detection Dogs, who shared captivating insights into the charity’s impactful work alongside his furry companion, Drimmie.
